摘　　要：统筹城乡发展问题是打破城乡二元格局的出发点和落脚点,是推进我国城乡一体化建设的必由之路,是促进经济社会协调可持续发展亟需解决的重要命题。国外统筹城乡发展代表性理论包括萌芽时期的城乡一体化理论、城乡融合论、早期"田园城市"理论、"城乡融合区"理论,50年代之后,城乡统筹理论发展活跃,流派纷争。在我国,城乡统筹发展理论和实践的研究主要涉及城乡统筹的内涵和发展思想、城乡统筹的指标评估、城乡统筹的实践模式以及城乡统筹的政策和制度等领域。The urban and rural balance development is the starting point and the foothold to break urban - rural dual structure, is the only way to promote China＇ s urban and rural integration, is the gurantee of sustainable economic and social harmonious development. Summarizing the theories on urban and rural balance development at home and abroad, provides reference and enlightenment to find out paths to the urban and rural balance development.
