摘 要:以日本楤木(Arliaelatavar.inermis)为试验材料,采用盆栽方法,研究Pb对日本楤木叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率等光合参数的影响,测定Pb在不同器官的分配累积规律.结果表明:Pb在日本楤木体内累积顺序是根>茎>叶,且随着处理浓度增加,体内累积的重金属含量增加;叶绿素a比叶绿素b对Pb反应敏感,浓度低于500 mg/kg时,净光合速率(Pn)显著增加,300,500 mg/kg时,蒸腾速率(E)显著增加;1 500 mg/kg时,光合作用受到抑制.表明低浓度Pb胁迫下,日本楤木存在一定的保护机制,高浓度胁迫下,这种保护机制不足以维持内环境的稳定,引起一系列毒害效应.A rliaelatavar.inermis was used as the material using pot experiment. The effects of Pb on chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and other photosynthetic parameters were studied, and the contents of Pb in different organs were determined. The results showed that the accumulated order of Pb in A rliaelatavar.inermis was root 〉 stem 〉 leaf, and accumulated contents increased with the increase of the heavy metal concentration. Chlorophyll a was more sensitive than chlorophyll b when under the stress of Pb. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) increased significantly when the Pb concentration below 500 mg/kg. Transpiration rate (E) increased significantly at the concentration of 300,500 mg/kg. The photosynthesis was inhibited when the concentration was 1 500 mg/kg. It indicates that Arliaelatavar.inermis has the protection mechanisms under the stress of low concentrations, while the protection mechanism is not enough to maintain the stability of the environ- ment under the high concentration stress, causing a series of toxic effect.
