摘　　要：郑天挺对明清经济史成就表现在:精确地归纳明清时期土地和赋役制度的特点;在细致考察不同行业状况基础上,客观地得出明清资本主义萌芽的特点;系统地考察了明清时期海外贸易和海禁政策的特点和演变趋势。郑天挺对明清经济史研究的特点是:以精研原始文献资料为基础;在全面细致地解读史料基础上得出结论;精微考证与宏通认识相结合等。Zheng Tianting made great achievements on the economic history research of the Ming and Qing Dynasties which are mainly reflected in the following, summarizing accurately the character- istics of the system of land taxes and corvee during the period of Ming-Qing Dynasty; concluding ob- jectively the characteristics of the capitalism germinates in Ming-Qing dynasty; carrying out systemat- ic investigation on the characteristics and evolution trend of overseas trade and prohibition policy in Ming-Qing Dynasty. The characteristics of Zheng Tianting＇s research on economic history of Ming- Qing Dynasty could be summarized in three aspects, taking the careful study on original literature data as base, making conclusions based on well understanding the historical materials; combining accurate and meticulous textual criticism and macroscopic understanding.
