现代大学制度视域下公办高校董事会定位研究

摘　　要：现代大学制度的基本要求就是开放,董事会是现代大学制度下的大学走向中心、面向社会的制度选项。我国公办高校董事会建设发展迅速,但同时也存在定位模糊、功能弱化和运行虚化等问题。为更好发挥董事会的作用,需要以现代大学制度的立场,重新审视董事会制度,建立新型董事会制度,同时健全董事会运行机制,发挥董事会在联系校内外资源和完善大学治理结构两方面的功能。Open is the basic requirement for the modern university system, so the board of director has become the system option leading the university to be the center and society-oriented due to the re- quirement of modern university system. The construction of the Board of director of public universi- ties develops rapidly, but there are also some problems such as vague positioning, weakened function, blurred operation, and so on. In order to play the role of the board of director better, it is necessary to re-examine the board of director and rebuild a new form board of director modern university system from the requirement of modern university system, meanwhile, a sound board operation mechanism should be established to play a positive role in linking the internal and external resources of universi- ty, as well as improving the governing structure of the university.
