千金苇茎汤内服治疗放射性肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨千金苇茎汤内服治疗放射性肺炎的效果。方法:将64例患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。对照组给予地塞米松静脉滴注治疗,治疗组给予千金苇茎汤给予治疗,每日1剂,15 d为1疗程,3个疗程为1个观察期比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组综合疗效优于对照组,治疗组有效22例,有效率为68.75%,对照组有效18例,有效率为56.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:千金苇茎汤可有效治疗恶性肿瘤放射治疗所致放射性肺炎,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To investigate the Phragmltis Decoction in treating radiation pneumonitis. Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group 32 cases. The control group was treated with dexa- methasone treatment and the treatment group was given Phragmitis Decoction daily 1 agent, 15 d for 1 course, 3 courses for the 1 period of observation and comparison of 2 groups. Results ： The general effect of the treatment group than control group, the treatment group 22 cases effective, efficiency was 68.75 %, control group 18 cases, effective rate was 56.25 %, there was significant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Phragmitis Decoction can effectively treat ma- lignant tumor radiotherapy induced pneumonitis, worthy of clinical use.
