结节性甲状腺肿患者超声表现与中医辨证分型的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨结节性甲状腺肿患者的超声表现与中医辨证分型之间的相关性,以期指导临床诊断。方法:选取医院2011年8月—2014年07月行结节性甲状腺肿手术切除的患者140例,依据中医辨证分型分为肝郁肾虚型76例,肝郁脾虚型64例,统计分析不同中医辨证类型患者与甲状腺前后径厚度、结节分布类型、结节回声类型、腺体回声均匀与否以及结节伴钙化之间的相关性。结果:经统计分析,两组中医辨证类型与甲状腺前后径厚度、结节分布类型之间比较无显著性差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组中医辨证类型与结节回声类型、腺体回声均匀与否以及结节伴钙化之间比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结节性甲状腺肿患者的超声表现与中医辨证分型之间有一定的相关性,为中医辨证理论体系提供了理论依据。Objective：To investigate the correlation between ultrasonography and TCM syndrome differentiation between patients with nodular goiter, in order to guide the clinical diagnosis. Methods：In our hospital in 2011 August to July 2014 resection of nodular goiter operation in 140 patients, according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectical typing into stag- nation of liver qi and deficiency of the kidney in 76 cases ,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type 64 cases ,statistical analysis before and after the different TCM types in patients with thyroid nodule diameter thickness, distribution type, nod- ular echo type, gland echo uniform or not and the correlation between the nodule with calcification. Results ： After statistical analysis, between the diameter thickness, nodule distribution types of the two groups before and after the Chinese medicine dialectical type and thyroid were not significantly different, which was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Two groups of TCM dialectical type and nodular echo type, glandular echo uniform or not and the nodule with significant difference be- tween calcification with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is a certain correlation between ultrasono- graphic findings of nodular goiter patients with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical typing, providing the theoretical ba- sis for the Chinese medicine dialectical theory system.
