马齿苋治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察马齿苋在临床中对糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效。方法:随机抽取门诊糖尿病合并高脂血症患者,所有病例经口服降糖药或注射胰岛素治疗,使空腹血糖控制在10 mmol/L左右。随机分为对照组、低剂量治疗组和高剂量治疗组。低剂量治疗组给予马齿苋(15 g,3次/d);高剂量治疗组患者给予马齿苋(30 g,3次/d);对照组给予口服辛伐他汀20 mg/d,晚间顿服,疗程为4周。结果:1低剂量治疗组、对照组本组治疗前后相比较,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均无统计学差异P>0.05;高剂量治疗组治疗前后相比较空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2低剂量组治疗前后相比总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白均无统计学差异P>0.05;高剂量治疗组、对照组本组治疗前后相比较有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);3与对照组治疗后相比较,高剂量治疗组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白均未见明显统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组治疗后相比较,高剂量治疗组低密度脂蛋白有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马齿苋(30 g,3次/d)能同时治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的血糖和血脂的作用。Objective： In our experiment we will investigat the effect of purslane on the hyperlipemia complicated with diabetic. Methods： We randomly divided the patients of the hyperlipemia complicated with diabetic into control group,experimental group with low- dose and experimental group with high- dose. The experimental group with high- dose was treatedwith purslane（ 3 0 g,3 times a day）. The experimental group with low- dose was treated with purslane（ 1 5 g,3times a day）,the control group were given Simvastatin tablets（ 20 mg,once a day）. Treatment for 4 weeks. Results： 1In the control group and the experimental group with low- dose,fasting blood glucose,Glycated hemoglobin was the same compared with that before the treatment（ P〉0. 05） that before; Tn in the experimental group with high- dose,fasting blood glucose,Glycated hemoglobin are different compared with that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. 2In the experimental group with low- dose,TC. TG. IDL- C,HDL- C were the same compared with that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）; In the control group and the experimental group with high- dose TC,TG,IDL- C,HDL- C were the different compared with that before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. 3Compare with the control,the TC、TG and HDL- C in the experimental group with high- dose were the same after treatment for 4 weeks（ P〉0. 05）. But the result of IDL- C was different（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Purslane（ 30 g,3 times a day） treatment can significantly reduce the blood glucose and blood sugar.
