针刺手阳明经筋治疗肱骨干骨折术后桡神经损伤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究针刺手阳明经筋治疗肱骨干骨折术后桡神经损伤的临床疗效,并与传统针刺比较。评价针刺手阳明经筋治疗肱骨干骨折术后桡神经损伤的疗效,探讨治疗肱骨干骨折术后桡神经损伤的最佳治疗方案。方法:回顾分析2009年1月—2014年1月肱骨骨折术后桡神经损伤40例临床资料,采用随进对照的原则,将40例患者分为治疗组和对照组各20例,连续治疗4周,分别于治疗前后采用桡神经功能评分比较,观察两种疗法的临床疗效并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组治愈9例,显效6例,好转4例,无效1例;对照组:治愈4例,显效4例,好转6例,无效6例。结论:针刺手阳明经筋治疗肱骨干骨折术后桡神经损伤效果更好。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of radial nerve injury after the surgical operation of fracture of humeral shaft with needling the meridian tendons of Hand- YANG MING and to assess the efficacy of radial nerve injury through needling the musculature of Hand- YANG MING compared with the traditional needles and then conclude the best treatment. Method： Review and analyze the clinical data of the surgical operation of fracture of humeral shaft from2009- 01 to 2014- 01,40 patients were randomly allocated to treatment group（ 20 cases） and control group（ 20 cases） by adopting the complete randomized design principles and continuously treating for 4 weeks and then adopting radial nerve function score comparison before and after the treatment respectively to observe the clinical efficacy of the two therapies by statistical analyzing. Result： In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,excellence in 6 cases,effective in 4 cases and no effective in 1 case; in the control group,4 cases were cured,excellence in 4 cases,effective in 6 cases and no effective in6 cases. Conclusion： The efficacy of radial nerve injury after the surgical operation of fracture of humeral shaft with needling the musculature of Hand- YANG MING is more effective than traditional needles.
