丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗对儿童过敏性紫癜氧化应激状态及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗对儿童过敏性紫癜氧化应激状态及肾功能的影响。方法:前瞻性研究了2009年1月—2013年12月治疗的123例儿童过敏性紫癜患者的临床资料,共120例获得随访,随访率97.56%。120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组60例,采用常规方式进行治疗;治疗组60例,在常规治疗基础上运用丹参多酚酸盐进行治疗。治疗前两组患者的一般资料比较差异无统计学意义。治疗2周后,观察两组患者谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆丙二醛(MDA)、尿免疫球蛋白(Ig G)、尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)值的变化情况、血尿发生率及治疗的有效率。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者治疗的有效率差异比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组儿童氧化应激状态改善优于对照组,各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组尿免疫球蛋白(Ig G)、尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组2例、对照组15例出现镜下或肉眼血尿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗基础上运用丹参多酚酸盐治疗儿童过敏性紫癜能明显改善患儿的氧化应激状态且对肾功能影响较小,安全可靠值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the influence of associated treatment with Salvianolate on oxidative stress and renal function of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods： In a prospective study,we studied 123 children presented with Henoch- Schonlein purpura,120 of them were followed up. They were divided into two groups according to the treatment： 60 patients were divided into the control group who were treated with the routine method while the other 60 were in the treatment group treated with routine method associated with Salvianolate. There was no significant differences in the general materials between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Record the GSH- PX,SOD,Ig G,Alb,β2- MG,incidence of hematuria and the effective rate. Results： Two weeks later after the treatment,there was no significant differences in the effective rate between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference in the improvement of the oxidative stress between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The Ig G、Alb and β2- MG between the two groups showed great significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of hematuria between the two group showed great significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Routine treatment associated with Salvianolate can improve the oxidative stress better and did less harm to the renal function. It is a favourable method and deserves more application.
