摘 要:为选育出四川地区具有优秀抗性的小麦品种,进一步完善四川小麦品种的种质资源,选取110个四川地区主栽小麦品种,对每个品种的抗条锈性进行了大田成株期抗条锈性鉴定,对反应型、普遍率、终期病情指数进行相关分析,并对所有参试品种进行聚类分析,系统地对不同品种间的抗性水平进行分类筛选。结果显示:反应型、普遍率和终期病情指数三者具有极显著的正相关。聚类分析结果表明110个品种中,高抗品种有21个,占参试品种的19.1%;中抗品种26个,占参试品种的23.6%;中感品种31个,占参试品种的28.2%;高感品种32个,占参试品种的29.1%。In order to select the wheat varieties which have excellent resistance to stripe rust, and further consummate the germplasm resources of Sichuan wheat varieties, this paper screened 110 main planting wheat cultivars in Sichuan province, identified the strip rust resistance of adult plant of each cuhivar, and then conducted the correlation analysis of the reaction type, prevalence rate and final disease index, and proceeded Clustering analysis at the same time, to classify those wheat varieties in different levels thoroughly, and chose the excellent resistance genes in wheat varieties. The results indicated that the reaction type, prevalence rate and final disease index had extremely significant positive correlation, the clustering analysis showed that among the 110 cultivars, there were 21 highly resistant cultivars, 26 moderate resistant cultivars, 31 moderate susceptibility cuhivars and 32 high susceptibility cultivars, the proportions were 19.1%, 23.6%, 28.1% and 29.1%, respectively.
