摘 要:以不同耐盐性荞麦幼苗(盐敏感品种川荞3号和耐盐品种川荞4号)为试验材料,在盐胁迫下添加不同浓度(5、10、15、20mmol/L)K+和Mg2+处理,测定荞麦幼苗生理指标。结果表明,适当浓度K+和Mg2+处理可显著降低盐胁迫下荞麦叶片质膜透性和MDA质量摩尔浓度,耐盐品种(川荞4号)降低幅度较大;显著增加盐胁迫下荞麦幼苗根系活力及叶片叶绿素质量分数和SOD活性,盐敏感品种(川荞3号)增加幅度较大;K+和Mg2+处理的最适浓度分别为20mmol/L和10mmol/L,且Mg2+的处理效果优于K+处理。Buckwheat seedlings with different salt tolerance were used as experimental materials. Physiological indexes of buckwheat seedlings were determined through adding different concentrations of K^+ and Mg^2+ under salt stress. The results Mg^2+ treatment could significantly decrease the showed that the appropriate concentrations of K^+ and plasmalemma permeability of leaves and MDA molality of buckwheat under salt stress, the salt-tolerant buckwheat variety decreased more, and that could significantly increase the roots vigor of buckwheat seedlings and leaves chlorophyll mass fraction and SOD activity under salt stress, and the salt-sensitive buckwheat variety increased more. The optimal concentrations of K^+ and Mg^2+ treatment were 20 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L respectively, the effect of Mg^2+ treatment was better than that of K^+.
