品管圈活动在降低心电监护误报警率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低心电监护误报警率中的作用。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,对急诊科患者心电监护误报警率高的原因进行调查分析,制定相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果:实施品管圈活动6个月后,心电监护误报警率明显低于活动前,同时护士的心电监护理论知识成绩及技能操作水平较活动前明显提高。结论:开展品管圈活动对降低心电监护误报警率有很好的效果,同时提高了护士正确实施心电监护报警管理的能力及执行力,保障患者安全,减轻护理工作量。[Objective]To investigate the application of quality control circles （QCC） in reducing the false alarm rate of electrocardiograph （ECG） . [ Method] QCC team was established to analyze the reasons of the high false alarms rate of ECG in emergency deparment patients with developping appropriate corrective measures and their implementation. [ Result] After six months of the QCC implementation, ECG false alarm rate was significantly lower than before, while the ECG theoretical knowledge and skills to operate the achievement levels of nurses significantly increased than before. [ Conclusion] Application of QCC has a good effect to reduce the false alarm rate of ECG, while improving the nurse s ability and execution of properly implemented ECG alarm management, protecting patient safety and reducing nursing workload.
