摘　　要：井冈山精神、延安精神、大庆精神是中国共产党带领广大人民在革命和建设时期创造出的精神成果。它们在坚定的理想信念、以民为本的价值追求、实事求是的优良作风等价值维度方面具有的同质性旨趣,使其对话与融合成为可能。当前,加强三者价值维度的对话与融合,可以为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供精神力量,为推进中国共产党的作风建设提供政治资源,为化解现实人们的价值困境提供了新思考。因此,要深入挖掘它们的价值共性,创造对话与融合的主观条件;打造研究平台,创造对话与融合的客观条件。Jinggangshan Spirits, Yan＇an Spirits and Daqing Spirits are cultural essences created by Chinese people under the CPC＇s leadership during the Chinese revolution and construction periods. Their common emphasis of firm belief, people-first pursuit and down-to-fact principles offers possibilities for dialogue and integration between them. Presently, enhancing their dialogue and integration in values will provide spiritual incentives for people＇s realization of China Dream, political resources for the Party to improve their styles, and new lights for common people to overcome their difficulties. Hence, it is necessary to excavate the common values of the spirits and build up platform of studies, so as to create the subjective and objective conditions for the dialogue and integration.
