盐对Ti-HMS分子筛晶化及水热稳定性的影响

摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为钛源,十二胺(DDA)为模板剂,在室温下合成出Ti-HMS分子筛。在合成过程中向体系中分别加入四丙基溴化铵(TPABr)、氯化钠和溴化钾,考察了盐对样品晶化及水热稳定性的影响,并利用XRD、UV-Vis、TEM和物理吸附对样品进行了表征。发现加入盐以后,Ti-HMS的结晶度下降,但是骨架钛含量没有明显变化。加入四丙基溴化铵后,Ti-HMS分子筛的孔壁虽然没有增厚,但水热稳定性有所提高。从样品对模拟燃料中4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩的氧化脱除反应中也得到了相同的结论。通过透射电镜可以看出,加入四丙基溴化铵制得的样品经水煮后依然具有规整的蠕虫状孔道。Ti-HMS was synthesized at ambient temperature using dodecylamine (DDA) as template, tetra- ethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silicon source and tetrabutylorthotitanate (TBOT) as titanium source. The effect of salts such as TPABr, NaC1 and KBr on the synthesis of Ti-HMS was investigated. The molecular sieve was characterized by XRD, UV-Vis, TEM and N2 physical adsorption. After adding the salts, the crystallinity of the mesoporous molecular sieve decreased, but the amount of framework titanium did not change. The samples prepared by adding TPABr still possessed wormlike mesostructure, after water treatment as confirmed by TEM analysis. The result of the oxidative removal of 4, 6-DMDBT reaction showed that the hydrothermal stability of Ti-HMS molecular sieve was improved by adding TPABr.
