摘  要:研究蜂胶提取物在大鼠体内的组织分布规律。蜂胶提取物以1.8g/kg大鼠灌胃给药后,用HPLC-UV法测定心、肝、脾、肺、肾中咖啡酸,香豆酸,阿魏酸,异阿魏酸和3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸的含量。色谱柱Zorbax Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为(A)甲醇-(B)0.2%(φ(HAC))冰醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱;柱温:35℃;检测波长:320nm;进样量:10μL;流速:1.0mL/min。建立了五种酚酸类成分在大鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾中的HPLC含量测定方法。该方法简便、快速、重复性好,适用于大鼠灌胃蜂胶提取物后,酚酸类成分的体内组织分布研究。The distribution of five phenolic acids in rat tissues after oral administration of ethanol extraction of Chinese propolis was studied. The concentrations of caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, isoferulic acid and 3, 4-dimethoxycinnmaic acid in rat tissues including liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney were determined by HPLC-UV. The separation was performed on Zorbax Extend-C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm) with methanol(A)-0.2% acetic acid (B) solution as eluate and the column temperature was kept at 35℃. The UV detection wavelength was 320 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The HPLC-UV method for determination of five phenolic acids from propolis in rat tissues was convenient, rapid and repeatable, and it could be applied to study the distribution of five phenolic acids in rat tissues after oral administration of ethanol extraction of Chinese propolis.
