针刺阳陵泉、后溪穴配合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺阳陵泉、后溪穴配合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予卧床休息、戴腰围、适度功能锻炼等一般处理。对照组采用药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予针刺阳陵泉、后溪穴治疗。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分和ODI评分,并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS及ODI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后VAS及ODI评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论针刺阳陵泉、后溪穴配合药物是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,能减轻疼痛,改善功能障碍。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at points Yanglingquan（SP 9） and Houxi（SI 3） plus Medicine in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. Both groups of patients took a bed rest, wore a waist belt and did moderate functional exercises. The control group received medication and the treatment group, acupuncture at points Yanglingquan（SP 9） and Houxi（SI 3） in addition. The VAS score and the ODI score were recorded before and after treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the VAS score and the ODI score in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the VAS score and the ODI score between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture at points Yanglingquan（SP 9） and Houxi（SI 3） plus Medicine is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. It can relieve pain and reduce dysfunction.
