摘 要:目前在川渝气田Z1、J2等18口气井采用了柱塞气举排水采气工艺,取得了显著的成效。通过对各井分析发现,为保证正常进行柱塞气举和有较高的日产气量,需要对柱塞气举进行优化设计。为此,本文基于系统节点分析,建立了柱塞举升优化设计方法。利用该方法得出了柱塞举升主要生产指标(套压、产液量、日循环次数)以及柱塞运动状态的影响因素,并根据柱塞气举工艺的实际应用特点将影响因素分为了可控与不可控两大类,通过对柱塞气举可控因素分析讨论后得出,柱塞气举优化设计实质上是对开井时间和开井的套压进行优化,这就为提高柱塞举升工艺设计的准确性和可靠性,提供了参考依据。Plunger lift in the application of many wells in Sichuan and Chongqing gas field now, has achieved remarkable results. Based on the analysis of each well found, to ensure the normal of plunger lift and high production, we need to optimize the design of plunger lift. Therefore, in this paper, based on the node analysis, established the plunger lift optimization design method. BY using this method we draw the plunger lift main production index (casing pressure, liquid production, daily times) and the influence factors of plunger motion state, and according to the application characteristics of plunger lift, we separate the influence factors to controllable and uncontrollable, based on the analysis and discussion of the controllable factors, the optimum design of plunger lift is essentially on the optimize of the open time and casing pressure, That is provide a reference to improve the accuracy and reliability ofplunger lift design.
