摘  要:【目的】对比分析传统中间香型烤烟5个不同生态区域典型地点烟叶样品的生物碱含量及其组分差异,为烟叶生产种植的合理区划及改进烟叶质量提供参考。【方法】以传统中间香型烤烟5个生态区域的127份C3F烟叶样品为材料,分析比较其生物碱含量及组分的差异。【结果】5个生态区域以贵州中部山区烟叶中烟碱、降烟碱、麦斯明含量最高,分别达2.88%和0.68、0.0044 mg/g;秦巴山区烟叶中烟碱、降烟碱、麦斯明、新烟草碱含量最低,分别为2.24%和0.50、0.0032、0.76 mg/g。主要生物碱含量高低排序为烟碱>新烟草碱>降烟碱>假木贼碱>麦斯明。烟叶中烟碱占总生物碱的比例均高于93.00%,麦斯明占总生物碱的比例相对较稳定。相关分析结果表明,麦斯明与新烟草碱的相关程度为低度相关,麦斯明与降烟碱的相关程度及假木贼碱与新烟草碱的相关程度均达中度相关。【结论】5个生态区域烟叶生物碱含量存在明显差异,总生物碱和烟碱含量从高到低依次为贵州中部山区>武陵山区>东北产区>山东产区>秦巴山区,其中烟碱占总生物碱的比例均高于93.00%。[ Objective ]The alkaloid content and components of the traditional medium aroma type of flue-cured tobacco samples among five different ecotypes localities were comparatively analyzed ,providing references for promoting rational division of tobacco planting and improving the quality of tobacco leaves. [Method]The alkaloid content and its components in 127 samples of tobacco cutters (C3F)were comparatively analyzed,which were collected from five ecological regions of traditional medium aroma type of flue-cured tobacco. [ Result ]The content of nicotine, nornicotine and Myosmine of tobacco was the highest,which was produced in the central region of Guizhou Province,respectively reaching 2.88% and 0.68, 0.0044 mg/g. The content of nicotine, nornicotine, Myosmine and anatabine was the lowest,which was produced in the Qinba mountain ,respectively ,2.24% and 0.50,0.0032,0.76 mg/g. Five main alkaloid contents of tobacco leaves from five ecotypes were in the order as follows : nicotine〉anatabine〉nornicotine〉anabasine〉Myosmine. The proportion of nicotine in total alkaloid was more than 93.00%, and the proportion of myosmine in total alkaloid was relatively stable. Correlation analysis showed that correlation between myosmine and anatabine was low. There was moderate correlation between myosmine and nornicotine. And moderate correlation between anabasine and anatabine was found. [Conclusion ]There is a clear difference of tobacco alkaloid content in different ecological zones. Total alkaloid and nicotine contents of tobacco leaves from five ecotypes are in the order as follows:central region of Guizhou Province〉Wuling mountain〉northeast region〉Shandong areas〉 Qinba mountain. And the proportion of nicotine in total alkaloid is more than 93.00%.
