摘  要:以集成电磁式主动平衡装置的砂轮-电主轴为对象,探讨采用影响系数法进行单平面现场平衡的原理和现场平衡中信号的处理方法。基于LabVIEW开发专门用于砂轮盘类转子现场单面平衡的虚拟仪器系统,利用其完成砂轮轴现场平衡校正。试验表明,所开发的平衡校正系统能够有效抑制不平衡引起的基频振动。This paper takes the grinding wheel and motorized spindle with electromagnetic active balancing device as the subject investigated,and studies the fundamental principle of the single plane field balancing based on the influence coeffi-cient method.Besides,the signal processing method used in balancing is introduced.By LabVIEW,the virtual instrument system specially used in single plane field balancing of disc type rotor is developed,with which the field balancing of grinding wheel spindle is completed.The experimental result shows that the proposed unbalance correction system can effectively suppress the fundamental unbalance induced vibration.
