乳酸发酵的干玉米秸秆对波尔山羊生长性能和瘤胃发酵参数的影响

摘　　要：为研究经乳酸发酵的干玉米秸秆对波尔山羊生长性能和瘤胃发酵参数的影响,本试验选择体重25 kg左右的波尔山羊羯羊40只,随机分为两个处理组,各20只,对照组动物饲喂粉碎的干玉米秸秆,试验组动物饲喂经过乳酸发酵的粉碎干玉米秸秆,试验期30 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验组波尔山羊干物质采食量和平均日增重分别提高30.0%和29.5%(P<0.05);料重比两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验组瘤胃液p H值显著降低(P<0.05),试验组乙酸浓度和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度均显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲喂乳酸发酵的干玉米秸秆能够提高波尔山羊生产性能,并可以改善部分瘤胃环境参数。This study was conducted to determine the effects of fermented dry maize straw on the growth performance and rumen fermentation parameters of Boer goats.Forty Boer goats were randomly divided into two groups （twenty for each group） ：control group and experimental group,which were fed with crushed dry maize straw and fermented dry maize straw by Lactic acid bacteria,respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 30 days.The results showed that： （1）The average daily gain （ADG）and dry matter intake （DMI）of experimental group were 30.0% and 29.5% higher than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）.Feed conversion rate was not significantly affected by the fermented dry maiz straw （P 〉 0.05）.（2）The fermented dry maiz straw decreased pH value significantly （P 〈 0.05）,the concentration of acetate and total volatile fatty acids of experi- mental group was increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）,compared with control group.It was inferred that feeding fermented dry maize straw could increase production performance of Boer goats ,and improve its part of rumen fermentation parameters.
