摘　　要：林业资源型城市经济转型需要金融支持,构建良好的金融生态尤为重要。政企合一体制下森林资源型城市金融生态的优化需要政府的积极推动,有限市场化。通过对森林资源型城市(以伊春市为例)金融发展特殊性的分析,提出构建"绿色、立体化金融生态"的构想,并从完善碳汇交易市场体系、积极推动森林资源资产化运营、不断完善符合生态要求的传统产业体系等方面培育金融生态微观基础,从完善绿色金融发展的宏观环境等方面提出具体的对策建议。Economic transformation of resources city need financial support. It＇s particularly important to build a good financial ecology. Financial ecology optirnization of forest resource city with system of combination of government function and enterprise management needs the government to promote actively and limited marketization. Based on analysis of the particularity of financial development in the forest resources city（taking Yichun city for example）, the paper proposed an idea of green, three-dimensional financial ecology, and some suggestions and specific countermeasures,such as improving the carbon trading market system, promoting capitalization of forest resources, improving the traditional industries conforming to the requirements of the ecological system, perfecting the financial ecological environment for the development of green finance .
