试论小兴安岭生态功能区实现可持续发展的产业支撑

摘　　要：提出了小兴安岭森林生态功能区实现可持续发展的主导产业选择标准,并按照主导产业选择标准明确小兴安岭森林生态功能区应选择绿色食品加工业、森林生态旅游业、森林文化创意产业作为主导产业。运用偏离—份额分析法分析了小兴安岭森林生态功能区产业结构,对比全国及黑龙江省经济效益分析小兴安岭产业结构偏离分量、竞争力等,根据数据分析结论,把握小兴安岭森林生态功能区产业发展状况,进一步提出了小兴安岭森林生态功能区产业结构调整的建议。The paper puts forward the sustainable development of forest ecological function area of Xiaoxing＇ an- ling on the leading industry selection criteria, and according to the leading industry selection criteria, clear forest ecological function area of Xiaoxing＇ anling, should choose green food processing industry, forest ecological tour- ism and cultural creative industry as the leading industry. Uses deviation- share analysis method to analyze the structure of industry of forest ecological functionarea of Xiaoxing＇ anling, compared to the national and Heilongji- ang province economic benefit analysis of industry structure of Xiaoxing＇ anling deviatoric component, competi- tiveness, etc., according to the data analysis, grasp the status of forest ecological function area of Xiaoxing＇ anling, further proposes the forest ecological function area ofXiaoxing＇anling industrial structure adjustment suggestion.
