摘  要:基于层析法反求设计原理,对复杂内腔类零件模型重构的技术方法进行了研究。根据内腔类零件的结构及功能特点,探索了分块、分特征地拟合轮廓曲线,分截面、分特征地重构各曲面片体的反求设计方法;并用此方法实现了某型四缸发动机气缸盖的模型重构,提高了拟合质量和精度,解决了气缸盖模型的重构问题。对重构类似内腔零件具有参考指导意义。Reconstruction technology for complex interior parts was studied based on slicing method. Reverse design method that fitting profilogram based on blocks and features, and reconstructing surface bodies based on sections and features of the model were explored according to the structure and function of interior parts. A certain cylinder head with four-cylinder was re- constructed which solved the problem of cylinder head reconstruction, quality and precision were all improved by the reverse method. The result provides a referenced for similar parts reconstruction.
