摘 要:针对涤纶织物中深色染色,采用板式热交换器进行非助剂清洗处理。对非助剂清洗工艺、传统还原清洗工艺处理后涤纶织物分别进行色差分析,并将两种清洗工艺处理后涤纶织物的得色深度、能耗以及成本进行比较。结果表明,非助剂清洗工艺生产的中深色涤纶织物可以达到传统还原清洗所能达到的颜色稳定性和色牢度;提升了生产效率、节省了生产成本、减少了污水成本,同时具有降低生产所需的碳排放量的环保优势。Non-auxiliaries cleaning treatment with plate heat exchanger for polyester fabric was adopted when dyeing medium and dark color. The color difference of polyester fabrics treated by cleaning treatment without auxil-iaries and traditional reductive cleaning treatment was respectively analyzed, and color yield, energy consumption and cost of polyester fabric treated by the two cleaning processes were compared. The results show that medium and dark color polyester fabrics treated by cleaning process without auxiliaries can reach the same color stability and fastness with that by traditional reductive cleaning process; it improves production efficiency, saves production cost and reduces the cost of sewage water; and in addition, it has environmental protection advantages of reducing carbon emission in the production.
