One Bath and Two Steps Dyeing with Low Alkali for Polyester and Cotton Fabric by Disperseand Reactive Dyes

摘　　要：介绍了涤棉针织物传统染色方法及存在问题,阐述了涤棉针织物分散与活性染料低碱一浴两步法染色新工艺。以涤棉珠地布为例,分别采用传统工艺与新工艺进行染色,并进行了对比试验。将涤棉珠地布、涤棉健康布采用新工艺进行车间生产试验,测试并对比了两种工艺染色成本及能耗。结果表明,涤棉针织物分散与活性染料低碱一浴两步法染色新工艺缩短了染色时间,降低污水排放,节约水、电、汽等能源消耗,提高产品市场竞争力。The traditional dyeing method and existing problems of polyester and cotton knitted fabric were intro-duced, and one bath and two steps method dyeing with low alkali for polyester and cotton knitted fabric by dis-perse and reactive dyes was presented. Taking polyester and cotton pique as an example, it was dyed by traditional process and new process, and contrast test were done. Polyester and cotton pique and healthy fabrics were dyed by new process in workshop production, the dyeing cost and energy consumption of the two processes was compared. The results show that one bath and two steps method dyeing with low alkali for polyester and cotton knitted fabric by disperse and reactive dyes shortens dyeing time, reduces sewage discharge, saves the consumption of water, electricity and steam, and increases the market competition of products.
