摘  要:对涤纶织物分别进行碱减量和等离子体处理,采用红外光谱仪和扫描电镜分析了涤纶织物表面形态和结构,探讨了碱减量和等离子体处理对涤纶织物性能的影响。结果表明,碱减量和等离子体处理后涤纶纤维表面出现凹槽;经碱减量处理后的涤纶织物的抗静电性、透气性、吸湿性得以改善,但断裂强力大大降低;经等离子体处理的涤纶织物抗静电性、吸湿性以及透气性提高。The polyester fabric was respectively finished by the methods of alkali deweighting and plasma, and the surface form and structure of polyester fabric was analyzed by infrared spectrometer and scanning electron mi-croscopy, and the effects of alkali deweighting and plasma finishing on the property of polyester fabric were dis-cussed. The results show that the surface of polyester fabric after alkali deweighting and plasma fininshing appears groove; the antistatic property, air permeability and hygroscopicity of polyester fabric after alkali deweighting finin-shing improves, but its breaking strength significantly reduces; the antistatic property, air permeability and hygro-scopicity of polyester fabric after plasma fininshing improves.
