调整型塑身胸衣基本纸样的研究和应用

摘　　要：以女性B75(下胸围75 cm,上胸围87.5 cm)为标准体,根据人体的外部形态和一般运动规律,探讨调整型塑身胸衣基本纸样的CAD制图方法,包括钢圈、身片、罩杯等的制图。在此基础上,阐述在罩杯基本纸样基础上设计1/2杯型、4/4杯型的方法,以及在调整型塑身胸衣基本纸样的基础上设计腰封及文胸纸样等的要点。指出,调整型塑身胸衣结构的基本特征可以通过平面制图所获得的初始纸样呈现出来,并通过核对修正进一步完善形成基本版型,而各种常规调整型产品纸样则可以运用调整型塑身胸衣纸样的变化,方便快捷地设计出来。Taking the female B75 （under bust 75cm, upper bust 87.5cm） as a standard,and the external shape of the human body and the general law of motion as the basic, the basic pattern of adjustable shaping bra which chalked out by CAD drawings were described in this paper, such as the steel ring, body pieces and cups. In addi-tion, the design methods of 1/2 cup and 4/4 cup were presented on the basis of the basic pattern cup, also the low waist bra on the basis of the basic pattern of adjustable shaping bra. It points out that the basic structure of adjustable shaping bra can be obtained by the initial pattern with plane drawing, and then improved as the forma-tion of the basic version by check. By changing and adjusting the type of pattern shaping bras, new adjustable shaping bra can be designed easily and quickly.
