摘　　要：1,1-二溴-3,3,3-三氟丙酮可以在温和的条件下,引入三氟甲基,与醛基形成咪唑类化合物,与氨基形成吡嗪、哌嗪、哒嗪酮类化合物,用于合成各类药物中间体,在医药、农药领域有着广泛的应用。Under mild conditions, 1,1-dibromo-3,3,3-trifluoroacetone could introduce the trifluo-romethyl group, the formation imidazoles compound with aldehyde, the formation of pyrazines,piperazines, pyridazinones compounds with amino, widely used for the synthesis of various pharmaceutical intermediate in medicine and agriculture field.
