摘　　要：通过试验室计算油耗的方法,说明油耗与二氧化碳的相互关系,探讨控制油耗对减少我国碳排放量的重要作用。This paper described the relation between fuel consumption and CO2 by introducing a math-ematic method of fuel consumption calculation in lab, aiming to tell us how important the stricter fuel con-sumption policy effects on reducing carbon emission.
