摘　　要：某中心是厦门运营较成功的酒店、办公、商业综合体,二期改造与扩建面临新的多元化商业时代的竞争,本文希望通过对此类商业项目的人性化设计思路的梳理结合项目实践,为读者提供实际工程案例参照,针对互联时代的商业如何介入体验思维、人性化设计提供一个阶段性初步的总结和探讨。通过对设计过程的整理及论述,强调设计应关注人性需求,这是设计之道。A successful commercial complex in Xiamen, designed for reconstruction and expansion, facing a new diversi- fied business era, this paper hopes that through the idea of humanized design of such commercial project review, com- bined with the project practice, provides practical case reference for readers, states business humanized design details, provides a preliminary summary and discussion on the stage. Through the collation and discusses the design process, emphasizes the design should pay attention to human needs, which is the core of the design.
