摘　　要：为促进大型仪器的综合利用率,降低科技创新成本,更好地为上海市乃至全国的蛋白质科学服务,满足蛋白质科学研究未来日益增长的需求,医学院生物医学研究院整合资源、集中投资,建设了重大疾病的蛋白质组学公共服务共享平台,为重点研究人类重大疾病的蛋白质组学、为疾病的防诊治提供功能蛋白质组、分子标记物和药靶,探索新形势下的重大疾病专业技术服务。通过管理体系的创新和人才队伍的培养,加强对医学院生物医学研究院重大疾病的蛋白质组学公共服务共享平台建设。为本院的研究人员和研究生提供了实验研究条件,还为从事生物医学与相关项目和课题的研究提供技术服务,为转化医学的各类教学及科研的强有力的技术支撑。To explore the construction management of professional technical service platform for critical diseases in new era, the management of proteomics technical service platform for critical diseases in Institutes of Biomedical Sciences, Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University was innovated, its technical staffs were cultivated, and the construction of the platform was enhanced. Research of protein is now mainly focused on proteomics of critical diseases, functional proteome for diseases＇ prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and molecular markers and drug target. Our platform has accomplished some achievements： research of proteomics in Fudan University ranked 7th place in the world and 1st place in China; proteomics research team strongly supported Fudan University ranked top 1% in the field of molecular biology and genetics in ESI discipline evaluation system. Our platform provided strong support for all teachers and researchers in the translational medicine.
