摘　　要：高校科研实验室担负着国家高素质人才培养的重任,是集人才培养、科学研究、社会服务于一体的平台,科研实验室面向本科生开放共享,有利于提高学生独立思考和动手能力,激发科研热情,对应用型、复合型以及技能型人才的培养具有重要的现实意义。结合艾滋病疫苗国家工程实验室对本科生开放与管理的实践经验,从开放思路与内容,开放管理制度与流程,以及实验室对本科生开放创新实验提供的资源保障,开放共享所取得的成果与收益等几个方面,探讨了科研实验室对本科生开放的必要性和意义,阐述了科研实验室对本科生开放与管理在高素质应用型人才培养以及实验室可持续发展中的重要作用。University scientific laboratory is taking an important mission of high-quality personnel training, and is also a good platform of personnel training, scientific research, and society service. Opening this kind of laboratories to undergraduates, meanwhile, will benefit students＇thinking independence and manipulative ability, rise their enthusiasm for scientific research, so it is essential for personnel training of applied talents, interdisciplinary talents and technique talents. Based on several aspects of laboratory opening, such as idea and content, administration and procedure, scientific research resources, achievement and profit, then combined with practice of management, this article discusses the necessity and meaning of scientific research labs opening to undergraduates, and illustrates the importance of opening on application-qualified personnel training and sustainable development of labs.
