摘  要:为适应电力行业对电气相关专业毕业生能力的要求,提高我校电气工程领域实践教学水平,结合我校电气工程实验室管理及运行的实际情况,首先提出了"四层领导,逐层听命"的管理模式,和该实验室的每名实验技术人员被要求掌握该领域所有课程的教学制度;然后分析了微电网实验室能够完成的实验内容和微电网实验室建设的重要意义;最后给出了微电网实验平台的初步建设方案。微电网实验室的建设在拓宽电气专业实验教学范畴的同时,向社会输送在微电网及智能电网的研究和工作领域颇具竞争力的人才。In order to adapt to the requirements of power industry on graduates who major in power system, improve the practice teaching level in the field of electrical engineering in our university, combining with the actual management and operation situation of electrical engineering laboratory in our university, a management mode, which is obeying orders of four levels leadership step by step, and a teaching system, which asks all experimental technicians in electrical engineering laboratory to master all the courses in the field, are proposed. Then the experiments can be completed in micro-grid laboratory, and the significance of the construction of laboratory is analyzed. Finally an initial design scheme of micro-grid experiment platform is given. The construction of micro-grid laboratory can both broaden the experiment teaching category of electrical professional, and convey competitive talents to the society in the field of micro-grid and smart grid. And it will lay a solid theoretical foundation and practice basis for students on corresponding jobs.
