摘　　要：通过检验检测实验室设计建设标准的制定,总结了实验室设计建设过程中的重点,分析了实验室设计建设标准制定的必要性和现状,以"专业的使用+专业的设计者+专业的建设者=现代化实验室"为理念,对实验室类型进行了分类,从实验室筹建之初的工程设计,到工艺流程的设计,及至合理选购仪器设备进行科学统筹,达到合理的资源调配,提出了从规划设计、总体设计和细节设计三个方面,以灵活性规划、可持续性规划和智能化为特色完善标准制定,提升实验室整体水平,为其功能运行提供强有力的保障,为实验室的建设提供实用、前沿、科学的信息及依据,搭建安全、健康、节能、环保、人性化、智能化的实验室硬件环境,促进实验室建设工作的整体规划和快速开展。This paper introduces the testing laboratory design and construction standard, summarizes the emphasis in the course of the laboratory design and construction, analyzes the necessity and actuality of laboratory design and construction standard. With the idea of ＂ professional use ＋ professional designer ＋ professional builder = modern laboratory＂ , laboratory types are classified. From the engineering design at the beginning of laboratory preparation, the process of design, to reasonable equipment choose, the procedure needs a science planning to achieve rational resource allocation, then to put forward the way of perfecting standard system construction from the three aspects as planning design. Overall and detailed design, flexibility and sustainable planning, and intelligence are three characteristics which promote the overall level of the laboratory work, provide strong guarantee for its function. These characteristics also provide practical and leading information for the construction of laboratory, and basis for building safe, health, energy saving, environmentally protecting, humane, intelligent laboratory hardware environment, and promote the overall planning and quick work of the laboratory construction.
