摘　　要：文章介绍实行实验气体定点采购管理的背景和意义,分析了目前国内高校在实验气体采购、存放、使用、处置等各环节中普遍存在的问题,并结合浙江大学实际情况,建立了规章制度,推出了供应商遴选、规范采购、车辆管理、财务报销、废气瓶处置、到货验收、监督评价等举措,对实验气体定点采购管理进行了积极的探索。The paper introduces the background and significance of the experimental gas sentinel procurement management, analyzes the common problems of experimental gas existing in each link of purchasing, storing, using, and handling. Combined with the actual situation of Zhejiang University, some innovative measurements were carried on to explore the experimental gas designated procurement management, such as establishing rules and regulations, supplier selection, procurement specification, vehicle management, financial reimbursement, disposal of waste gas bottle, delivery and acceptance, supervision and evaluation.
