摘　　要：根据新型装备大功率、高性能蒸汽轮机动力装置配套用油需要以及目前海军在用汽轮机油存在的问题,参考美军同类产品标准要求制定了舰船汽轮机油新产品技战术指标。通过基础油、添加剂和配方综合配伍,研制出一种舰船长寿命抗磨汽轮机油,并进行了理化性能试验和台架试验。结果表明:研制的舰船长寿命抗磨汽轮机油具有优异的抗氧化、润滑抗磨、腐蚀抑制及破乳化等性能,且与台架试验各机组间的适应性良好,可以满足用油设备的使用要求。Based on the need of high-power and high-performance steam turbine power plant in new equipment and the prob- lems of the in-service turbine oil of naval vessels, technical and tactical indices for new vessel turbine oil were established with ref- erence to the U.S. military specification. A type of long-life and anti-wear turbine oil was developed on the basis of intensive study of base oils, additives and their compatibility. Lab experiments and bench tests showed that the turbine oil possessed excellent perfor- mances in antioxidation, anti-wear, corrosion inhibition, demulsification and adaptability with the bench test units. It can meet the requirements of the naval vessel equipment.
