柴龙解郁丹治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柴龙解郁丹治疗广泛性焦虑症(肝郁气结证)的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择诊断为广泛性焦虑症(肝郁气结证)患者60例,采用随机双盲安慰剂对照,疗程6周,治疗组给予柴胡解郁丹口服,每次6g,每日3次。观察HAMA、自拟中医症状量表、副反应量表(TESS)变化。结果对HAMA量表评分、中医症状评分治疗组在2周、4周、6周末均有显著作用,呈递进效应(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01);HAMA治疗组总有效率93.10%,优于对照组32.26%(P<0.01);自拟中医症状量表治疗组总有效率93.10%,优于对照组29.03%(P<0.01);治疗组中医症状量表各项评分较治疗前差异均有显著性(P<0.01),对照组仅在急躁易怒与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,急躁易怒、喜太息、心悸、头昏差异有显著性(P<0.01),TESS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴龙解郁丹对广泛性焦虑症(肝郁气结证)起效快、安全有效、副反应低、依从性高。ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Chailong Jieyu pill in treating generalized anxiety dis-order（Stagnation of liver qi syndrome）.METHODS A six-week randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled study was con-ducted on 60 patients with the diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder（Stagnation of liver qi syndrome）.The treatment group took Chailong Jieyu pill orally,every 6g,3 times a day.And then Hamiltonanxietyscale （HAMA）,TCMsymptomcustom-scale,Side reaction scale（TESS） were observed.RESULTS The score of HAMA and TCM symptom custom scale in the treatment group had a significant and progressive effect（P 〈0.01）,and were better than that in the control group（P 〈0.01） after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks.For HAMA,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,better than that of the control group which was 32.26%（P 〈0.01）.For TCM symptom custom scale,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,better than that of the control group which was 29.03% （P 〈0.01）.The every score of TCM symptom custom scale in the treatment group had significant differences after treatment（P 〈0.01）,while score in the control group on-ly had a statistic significance on the symptom of irritability（P 〈0.05）.The comparison between the groups had a significant difference on the symptoms of irritability,sigh,palpitation and dizziness（P 〈0.01）.The score of TESS had no statistic sig-nificance（P 〉0.05）.CONCLUSION Chailong Jieyu Pill is effective and safe and has little side effect,high compliance in treating generalized anxiety disorder（Stagnation of liver qi syndrome）.
