摘　　要：通过J型吊墙鼻区砖塌落事故的处理和讨论,提出日常生产操作时应严格按照作业指导书中的技术规范进行,在熔窑设计时应根据实际使用环境综合考虑熔化部与冷却部的分隔形式,避免人为疏忽对熔窑造成的不可逆损伤。The treatment of block collapse in nose region of J-type suspension wall was discussed. Then it is stressed that the technical regulations prescribed in operation guide must be followed strictly while current production. During design of furnace the separation mode of melting and cooling part must be taken into consideration according to practical environment so as to avoid irreversible damage due to operator＇s careless.
