中外优秀男子标枪运动员投掷步技术比较  

Comparative Study on the Delivery Stride Techniques between Chinese and World Elite Male Javelin Athletes

摘　　要：对参加第10—12届全运会男子标枪决赛前8名运动员最佳试投成绩的投掷步技术进行解析,并与国外优秀男子标枪运动员投掷步技术的有关参数进行比较。结果显示:我国优秀男子标枪运动员在完成投掷步过程中身体重心速度损失率较大;第1、2投掷步时躯干的后倾角较大;投掷步呈现"一较大、二中、三大、四小"的步长节奏规律;第4投掷步支撑腿的屈膝缓冲过大,未形成稳固的支撑。The study explored the delivery stride techniques of the best throw scores of the top 8 athletes who participated in the male＇s javelin finals in 10-12 National Games and also conducted the comparison with the world elite male javelin athletes. The results find that there was a poor speed usage rate of body weight in the completion of delivery stride. A big backward angle of body was found at the time of the first and second delivery stride. Next, the delivery step gait fitted in with its rhythm. However, it was too large a buffer on the knee of the supporting leg at the fourth delivery stride, which failed to form a stable support.
