摘 要:对于超声速飞行的弹丸,其头部的引信风帽会被加热至高温状态。风帽内表面的温度分布规律是引信内部隔热系统、热能利用系统设计的重要依据。对此,利用已开发的内表面温度快速数值计算法,并通过单一变量控制,仿真得到了弹丸的飞行速度、风帽尺寸、风帽材料和腔内填充气体对风帽内表面温度分布的影响规律。仿真结果表明,飞行速度、风帽尺寸和风帽材料的影响较大,影响规律为:飞行速度越高,风帽形状越钝,风帽材料热导率越低,则风帽内表面温度越高,而引信腔内填充气体对风帽内表面温度几乎没有影响。For the projectile at supersonic speed,the fuze at warhead will be heated up to high temperature. The temperature distribution law of false cap's inner surface was of great importance to the design of thermal in-sulation system or heat utilization system in fuze.Therefore.By utilizing the already developed fast numerical calculation method of inner surface temperature and through single variable control,the effects of the projectile' s flight velocity,false cap's size,false cap's material and filling gas of the false cap on temperature distribution in the inner surface of the false cap were simulated.The simulation results indicated that the effect of flight veloci-ty,false cap's size and false cap's material were greater than that of filling gas.In detailed speaking,the greater the flight velocity was,the blunter the shape of the false cap was,the lower thermal conductivity of the false cap material was,that would cause the higher inner surface temperature.However,the filling gas hardly effected the inner surface temperature.
