摘 要:为了分析单兵火箭弹机电引信对靶射击瞎火原因,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对该火箭弹侵彻不同木质靶板过程进行数值仿真,得到引信前冲过载曲线和头部触发开关在不同结构形态下侵彻木质靶板时的动态特性。靶板厚度不同、单层还是双层叠并以及引信头部触发开关结构形态的变化对引信前冲过载曲线形状影响不大;木靶板材质不同,引信前冲过载曲线形状差异却很大。靶板越软越薄、相同厚度分层越少,引信头部触发开关越不容易闭合;在原有触发开关设计基础上,仅摘除开关帽与开关环之间的塑料垫圈,就可以有效改善其闭合性能。In order to analysis misfire reasons of individual rocket electromechanical fuze when shooting target board,the process of projectile impacting different wooden targets was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, through which the set-forward overload curves of fuze and the dynamic characteristics of head contact switch in different structure when impacting wooden targets were obtained.The influence of target thickness,single or double layers and difference of head contact switch structure to the shape of fuze set-forward overload curves was little.The materials of targets were different,the difference of fuze set-forward overload curves shape was large.Softer and thinner target and less layers of the same thickness target,the fuze head contact switch was not easier to be closed.Based on the original design of the contact switch,removing the plastic gasket between the switch cap and the switch ring could effectively improve the closed performance.
