摘  要:针对国内市场上的光万用表存在测量不够精确或者功耗过高的问题,设计了一款手持式光万用表,给出了主要模块的硬件原理图、系统软件流程图及光功率计校准方法,该仪表以超低功耗微处理器KL46为控制核心,集成光功率计、红光光源和1310nm单波长激光光源功能,各个功能可以单独使用,也可以配合使用,为广大工程测试人员以及技术人员提供了更为方便和更低成本的选择。测试结果表明,其光功率计不确定度小、功耗极低、性能稳定,其红外光源和1310nm单波长激光光源稳定可靠,具有很高的使用价值。In view of the optical multimeter in the domestic market which measurement accuracy is not enough or power consumption is high, a new portable optical multimeter is designed. This paper gives the main modules principle diagram of hardware, the software flow chart of system and the calibration method for optical power meter. This instrument based on low power consumption microprocessor KL46,consists of optical power meter,infrared light source and 1310nm wavelength laser light source. These modules not only can be used alone, but also can cooperate to use at the same time, which provides more convenient and lower cost choice for the general engineering test personnel and technical personnel. The result of the test indicates the optical power meter has the advantages of small uncertain t y,Iow power,stable performance,and the infrared light source and the 1310nm wavelength laser light source both are stable and reliable. Therefore, the instrument has good use value.
