摘  要:以MS为基本培养基,R6试管苗为实验材料,研究矮壮素(CCC)在马铃薯试管苗快繁移栽中的影响.研究结果表明:(1)CCC能有效抑制植株徒长,缩短植株节间距,增加茎粗,扩大有效扩繁节段数,同时CCC能有效增加叶片数,提高光合效率.(2)在马铃薯试管苗扩繁过程中,当加入30~40 mg·L^-1的CCC能最有效的达到壮苗和快繁的目的.(3)CCC能够有效的增加根数,根粗,缩短根长.可见,在移栽试管苗过程中CCC可有效减弱移栽对根部造成的伤害,提高成活率.In the experiment, MS was the basic culture medium, and R6 resistance genes potato test-tube seedlings was experimental material. It studied the effects of different concentration of CCC on growth of potato test-tube seedlings. The results were:(1) CCC could effectively inhabit the growth of plants, shorten the plant spacing, increase stem diameter, expand the effective propagation segment number. At the same time, CCC could effectively increase the number of blades, to improve the efficiency of photosynthesis.(2) In the process of potato expanding propagation, the CCC could effectively improve seedling and expanding propagation when MS medium was with CCC (30-40mg·L^-1). (3)CCC could effectively increase the number of root and the diameter of root, shorten the length of root. The results showed that CCC could effectively weaken the root damage and improve the survival rate in the transplanting process.
