摘　　要：关于产业转移就业效应的已有研究,主要集中于运用计量模型探究区域就业与产业转移的关联性。本文基于区域间投入产出表建立区域间产业转移就业效应模型,定量测量产业转移对区域各部门的就业效应,为定量化研究产业转移就业效应提供了新方法和新思路。依据驱动力的不同,将就业效应分为消费驱动效应、投资驱动效应、出口驱动效应和其他驱动效应四类。基于2007年及2010年区域间投入产出表实证测算我国2007-2010年产业转移就业效应。结果表明,我国产业转移就业正负效应并存,呈现由北向南、由东向西递增趋势,各驱动因素呈现不同效应特征。Most studies on employment effects of industry transfer concentrates on their correlations, by using econometric models rather than theoretical models. Based on the input-out model, this article sets up an industry- transfer employment effect model to quantify the employment effects during industry transfer. The method in the article sets up a new model in measuring employment effects of industry transfer, which improves previous studies and provides new thinking. Also, the model divides employment effects into four aspects, including： consumption, investment, export and other factors. As an example, the employment effects of industry transfer between 2007 and 2010 are measured and get the conclusions, driving forces shows different characteristics.
