摘　　要："中国软件名城"是新时期带动我国软件产业发展水平、提升软件产业国际竞争力的主要依托。本文以钻石模型的基本分析框架为基础,构建了杭州市软件产业竞争力模型,并以此为依据对杭州软件产业竞争力提升发展中的问题进行了诊断分析。在上述研究的基础上,从人力资本、产业链、园区布局、平台建设等方面提出了应对策略。In the new period, China software city can promote software industry development level, enhance the international competitiveness of software industry in China. On the basic analysis framework of diamond model as basis, the construction of Hangzhou software industrial competitiveness model, and on the basis of the problems in the development of Hangzhou software industry to enhance the competitiveness of the diagnostic analysis, on the basis of the above research, from the human capital, the industrial chain, software industry layout, platform construction and other aspects of the coping strategies.
