近代云南民间社团组织化赈灾特征探析

摘　　要：随着清末民初中国政治制度转型,近代云南民间社团灾荒救治呈现出组织化赈灾特征,其具体表现是组织形式完备、以组织为募捐主体和接受社会监督。组织化赈灾是以组织为中介,利用新式媒体进行广泛的社会宣传和动员,最大限度地吸纳社会资金,实现捐助者与受助者相分离。这构成荒政近代化的重要内容,亦为云南近代慈善事业的发展奠定了组织基础,彰显了近代云南慈善事业获得初步发展。With the transformation of political system in the late Qing dynasty, the non-governmental organizations in Yunnan shows the features of the organized relief. Its concrete manifestation is complete organizational form, taking the organization as the main part of fundraising and accepting social supervision. Organized relief, which is the intermediary itself, is the activity to make use of the new media to finish bread social publicity and mobilization, welcome the social funds to the maximum, and realize the separation of donors and recipients. It is the important part of the relief and also the fundament for the development of the charity in modern Yunnan. All these show the initial development for the charity in Yunnan.
