高处作业人员心理负荷的SWAT量表主观评定方法研究

摘　　要：高处作业人员的心理负荷对于施工作业安全工效有较大影响,科学合理地评价心理负荷对高处作业人员的安全行为管理意义重大。基于高处作业人员心理负荷变化的基本特征,制定SWAT主观评定量表,运用统计学方法对量表的信度和效度进行验证,并借助问卷调查的方法采集SWAT量表中的信息,对高处作业人员的心理负荷进行主观评定与分析。结果表明:高处作业人员的心理负荷值分三类,处于40~70分的人数占绝大多数,0~40分和70分以上的人数占少数;高处作业人员安全行为管理应重点考虑其性别、年龄、学历、工作经验等因素。The mental load of workers who work in high places has great influence on work safety efficien- cy, so scientific and reasonable evaluation of mental load is of great significance to the safety behavior man- agement of these workers. Based on the characteristics of mental load change, this paper makes a SWAT subjective assessment scale and synthetically applies some indexes such as resurvey,split-half reliability, Cronbach^s a coefficient to verifing the reliability of the scale,for the statistics like test-retest reliability, split-half reliability and Cronbach^s coefficient are all in accordance with statistical significance. Then it＇s necessary to use structure validity to verify the validity of the scale, reflecting the condition of mental load with time load,psychological stress load and endeavor load. Finally,the paper conducts a questionnaire sur- vey to collect SWAT scale information for subjective evaluation. It turns out that the mental load of work- ers who work in high places are divided into three categories,most of which are between 40 to 70 and the rest are in the minority. The safety behavior management of high-place operating should take workers＇age, gender, educational background and work experience into great consideration.
