车架总成弯曲的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目前由于载货汽车的竞争形式日趋严峻,用户对整车质量要求不断提高。国内各厂家生产的载货车架都存在着不同程度的弯曲,严重影响产品质量和性能。所以研究车架弯曲的影响因素,减少车架弯曲现象,对提高产品的质量有着非常重要的现实意义。At present, the truck competition form is becoming more and more serious, the user requirements to continuously improve the quality of vehicle. Domestic manufacturers of truck frame there are different degrees of bending, serious impact on product quality and performance. So the study on Influence Factors of frame bending, reduce the frame bending phenomenon, has a very important practical significance to improving the quality of products
