摘 要:汽车发动机调温器的阀门开启是由石蜡和圆锥弹簧共同控制的,弹簧必须达到一定的刚度和灵敏度。将弹簧的设计与石蜡的调配相结合,通过solidworks对圆锥弹簧建模,solidworks simulation对其进行有限元分析,并给出了建模分析的具体过程。综合弹簧的行程规律与石蜡温度膨胀力规律,绘制圆锥弹簧温度行程曲线。实验表明,所设计的调温器圆锥弹簧能使调温器阀门顺利开启,在规定的时间内达到最大开启量,温度行程曲线符合预定要求。The car engine thermostat valve opening is jointly controlled paraffin and conical spring, the spring must meet certain stiffness and sensitivity. The spring design and deployment of a combination of paraffin by solidworks modeling of conical springs, solidworks simulation of its finite element analysis, and gives specific process modeling analysis. Integrated spring travel rules and paraffin temperature expansion force the laws, conical spring temperatures draw stroke curve. Experimental results show that the designed conical spring allows the thermostat thermostat valves open smoothly, the maximum open amount within the stipulated time, the temperature curve in line with pre-trip requirements.
