鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗治疗大型上颌骨囊肿患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗治疗大型上颌骨囊肿患者的效果。方法:选择经CT及MR检查证实为上颌骨囊肿的患者8例,采取经鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗上颌骨囊肿切除。结果:8例患者手术后随访均6个月以上,经鼻窦CT或鼻内镜检查,所有患者囊肿未再复发,上颌骨外形保持良好,开窗口通畅。结论:经鼻内镜下下鼻道开窗切除上颌骨囊肿安全有效。Objective： To investigate effects of endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus in treatment of large maxillary cyst. Methods： 8 cases with large maxillary cyst were diagnosed by CT and MR scan, and then underwent endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus. Results： After over six months follow-up with endoscope or CT scan, recurrence was not noticed in all cases, and the contour of maxilla was well preserved with ostium patent. Conclusions： The endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of large maxillary cyst.
